How many people are you purchasing a Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) for?
If it is for more than yourself, be sure to increase the quantity on the order form based on the number of family members you want the profile for.
Price is $60 CDN + GST per family member. Plus, one hour of Conflict Dynamics Coaching is $350 + GST.
Step Two
Complete the form with YOUR contact and billing details and complete the purchase.
Step Three
After purchase you will be directed to a second form where you can provide the name and email for each family member you purchased a CDP for.
After you complete the form, you, and anyone else you ordered the CDP for, will receive your invitation to complete the Conflict Dynamics Profile within 48 hours. Please be sure to check your spam as it sometimes goes there. The invitation will be from http://eckerd.edu/. If you do not receive the invitation within 48 hours, please email lydia@farmfamilycoach.com.
Lydia Carpenter will reach out to you to book your 1-hour coaching session after you have completed your profile.
