How well are you taking care of your marriage? How are you nurturing your family? For example, there has certainly been great stress on families who have children home from school.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>To avoid burnout, I share a simple strategy. \u201cOn our farm in Manitoba, Canada, we actually don\u2019t work on Sundays. People think that is weird, but for us, it works because it gives us much needed downtime and family time.
