We also explore how fear, language, and financial transparency all play a role in whether or not a farm family thrives. His family has been farming now for 3 generations, giving Ben a deep understanding of the business of farming and how business owners and farmers think.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Being from the land, Ben\u2019s real passion is helping farming families and the greater rural community grow and thrive. With a degree in Agricultural Economics, he started out trying to do this as a Financial Adviser.
